is a non-government organisation Foundation governed by a Board of Trustees, chaired by the Minister of Higher Education of Malaysia.

(BTAR)

The Tunku Abdul Rahman Scholarship (BTAR) is an undergraduate degree scholarship open to high potential, deserving students with a strong ambition to contribute to the development of Malaysia.

As the Scholarship focuses on holistic development and value-based excellence, recipients of the Scholarship will undergo a 2-year leadership programme to make a positive impact in their communities now and in the future.

Tunku Abdul Rahman Study Endowment

(BPTAR)

The Tunku Abdul Rahman Study Endowment (BPTAR) is reserved for students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. BPTAR covers the costs of living for two (2) semesters (ten months only) while pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree at any local university (UA) in Malaysia.

Applications for the BPTAR must be submitted to the University Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs).
